Learn digital photography – Every picture needs a focal point
The Greeks in the early first realized that every picture needs a focal point. Well, they did not have cameras, but they were art. That remains true today and will continue in the future come true. How and where space is important for a good photo.
When the roof to see photo magazines or books, you want a picture, you are immediately attracted by something in this picture. A central point. Why? Because the photographer has chosen to place the topic in a spot thatonce in the eye and make the image more striking or pleasing to the viewer.
A central point is not necessarily a problem, it could be a landscape or a similar scene with an object that is the focus. But to capture the eye needs a place where to focus the eye. Here are some ways to do this.
1st The third rule
Rule of what? Again, the Greeks are responsible. They discovered the golden ratio, the similar and the rule of law isthird seems to have originated there. By dividing your image into thirds horizontally and vertically so that you end up third with a pattern like a Tic Tac Toe or noughts and crosses grid. Where these lines intersect cut points, four of them. These are the points that make the object or the number of intervention. It is pleasing to the eye and the eye is naturally attracted to these areas. Google reaches agreement other for more information. Without a focal point for one of these crossings, such as a tree orHouse on a landscape, it would be boring and useless.
2nd Selective Focus
If you look at a picture, you immediately notice the sharpness and the areas which are not. By focusing on a specific area of an image with a shallow depth of field or focus, and openness, it creates a focal point because it is the only part is developed. A telephoto lens to a wide angle lens contrast has less depth of field, making more of it.
3rdWith the exposure
By focusing on one area of a scene that much brighter and reduce your debt, you are actually darker rest of the image, creating a focal point in this area of brightness. If you are able to place an object there, a very effective image is created.

These images, in which a bean of light on the rivers of the sky and creates a focal point to a tree or a house are excellent examples. the inner light can alsoused if a relatively dark interior and a small window that allows a shaft of light in the room. By an object in this area or wait until a subject is lit from the tree, a breathtaking image. The eye is attracted by light, not dark area.
5th The Eyes Have It
This is a perfect example of an effective way to create a focal point in an image. Imagine a mother looking at her new baby. His eyes are looking straight downthe eyes of the child. The eye of the viewer is immediately directed to the center of attention, the child or the focal point. Her eyes followed the gaze down from the eyes.
